Centrify Corporation, a leader in Unified Identity Services across data center, cloud and mobile, has announced from NetSuite SuiteWorld 2013, Centrify for NetSuite.  Centrify for NetSuite is a free, comprehensive solution for Active Directory-based NetSuite single sign-on, user provisioning and mobile management for NetSuite.  With Centrify, organizations can secure NetSuite for employees, reduce helpdesk burden, improve access controls, and leverage their existing Active Directory infrastructure and skillsets.

NetSuite’s SuiteCloud is a comprehensive offering of cloud-based products, development tools, and services designed to help customers and commercial software developers take advantage of the significant economic benefits of cloud computing.  SuiteCloud Developer Tools provide a comprehensive cloud customization environment, whether users are extending NetSuite to fit their business needs or developing completely new applications.  SuiteCloud Developer Tools include workflow management, scripting, analytics, web services and more.

“Centrify provides a valuable integration into Active Directory for users of our leading cloud-based business management software,” said Guido Haarmans, Vice President of Business Development for Technology Partners.  “With Centrify, IT departments get free Active Directory integration and access controls, while users get the convenience of Zero Sign-On to their NetSuite, providing one less password to remember and maintain.  We look forward to our continued work with Centrify through the SuiteCloud Developer Network.”

Working with NetSuite
Centrify for NetSuite is a cloud-based service that delivers full support for NetSuite’s SuiteCloud.  This simplifies the deployment of federated identity for NetSuite single sign-on, leveraging Active Directory and providing a rich catalog of pre-integrated SaaS apps, and delivering “Zero Sign-On” (ZSO) for mobile users that require access to NetSuite.  Providing industry standard SAML-based integration, Centrify for NetSuite provides quick and cost effective integration with Active Directory.  The free solution will be unveiled this week at NetSuite SuiteWorld 2013 at Centrify’s Booth No. 331.

By controlling access to SaaS applications such as NetSuite through Centrify for SaaS and centrally authenticating users with their Active Directory identity, IT gains valuable insight into which applications are in use, and can easily de-provision access to business critical SaaS applications when users leave the organization.  With easy and thorough reporting on who has access to NetSuite and other SaaS applications, and what they did with that access privilege, IT can more quickly prove compliance with regulations and industry best practices — freeing up expensive IT resources to deliver on other business critical projects.

“This partnership furthers Centrify’s vision of Active Directory-based SaaS security and single sign-on for centrally managing policies for accessing and authenticating to the broadest set of today’s leading SaaS applications,” said Shreyas Sadalgi, Centrify Head of Business Development.  “Improved usability of SaaS applications such as NetSuite SuiteCloud with single sign-on and self-service features also improves security by reducing passwords, securing identity, and authenticating access through Active Directory for more control and visibility into the SaaS applications users are accessing.”

The Centrify Cloud Service is a multi-tenanted cloud service that provides secure communication from on-premise Active Directory to SaaS applications accessed.  The Centrify Cloud Service facilitates secure single sign-on and controls access to SaaS applications by acting as a security token service, which can authenticate users to the user portal with Kerberos, SAML or an Active Directory username/password; then logs the user into their SaaS application through a one-click selection from a list of permitted SaaS applications.  Additionally, the Centrify Cloud Service enables user self-service for mobile device and Active Directory profiles while auditing all management and user activities.

Pricing and Availability
Centrify for SaaS 2013, including support for NetSuite, is available today from Centrify and authorized partners worldwide.  For organizations using NetSuite and less than two other SaaS applications, the solution is available at no charge.  For organizations utilizing Centrify for more than three SaaS apps, the solution is priced at $4 per user per month, which includes technical support and access to feature updates.
